Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund or exchange. Returns made after 30 days may not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items are not eligible for return. These include, but are not limited to, cutting tools, torque wrenches, and any other items designated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Condition of Return: All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
- Restock Fee: Returns may be subject to a restocking fee up to 15%. Items exchanged for store credit or other merchandise will have no restocking fee.
